Graduating as a precision engineer and gaining 40 years of engine remanufacturing experience Grahame has used his expertise, knowledge and business acumen to develop a successful engine components distribution centre. Grahame oversees the day to day operation of the company paying particular attention to purchasing, product development and technical issues.

Stephen Moore

Senior Account Manager - U.K & Ireland

Stephen is a timed served auto technician fully qualifying in 1990 . He then furthered his skills into sales of car parts within a local motor factor where he elevated to Branch Manager. In 1998 he moved to a national company, FAI automotive plc, where he was an Area Sales Manager specialising in engine components . Latterly Stephen was a Sales and Technical support manager for KYB U.K , a role lasting 16 years . Stephen joined ULTRA-PARTS LTD in 2021 as Senior Account Manager.

Darren Wood

Senior Telesales Advisor

Darren started in the motor trade over 30 years ago. He gained a City & Guilds 384 in Parts and Administration whilst working at a local motor factors company. He became a branch manager in 1995 and he joined Ultra-Parts in 2006 and has used this knowledge to help develop and drive the company forward.

Julie Hobbs

Company Secretary

Julie joined the company in 1995 working as an office administrator. Julie has worked in all areas of the business and has an in-depth knowledge of its operations. Her position has now developed into running customer and supplier accounts and ensuring all financial requirements are met.

Jon White

SENIOR TELE-SALES ADVISOR

John has been with Ultra-Parts for 28 Years. He has been responsible for Goods Inwards and our returns department. A very diligent, hardworking individual. He now joins our sales team and is responsible for meeting our customer queries and supporting our sales programme. John has a wealth of knowledge of all of our products and strives to support our growing customer base.

One of the first office administrators to join the company when it opened, Caroline is responsible for the accounts of the business. Other duties include label management, sales & marketing and payroll.

Kay has been with Ultra-parts for 10 years. Kay runs our BSi accreditation programme, which we are proud to have achieved accreditation for 27 years. Kay also provides support to our sales team, supporting our customers and helping with returns and any other queries that need to be addressed.

Andy joins Ultra-Parts to support our sales team and IT department. Andy has spent his career working within the Motor Factor market as a telesales operator & a branch manager. He also has an in-depth understanding of IT & the latest digital progression and will assist and support this area of the business too.

Etos 6 years old German Shepherd and ex UK GSD puppy of the year. Etos is a CRUFTS winner and now semi-retired. He heads our debt collection and security department. He is enjoying his new career & tasty rewards such as burglars!
